Geese, turkeys, roosters, ducks, guinea fowl... Poultry raised in the open air, in the heart of Picardy and above all fed on grain grown on the farm. Ghislaine Dagmey and Delphine Cnudde will advise those who think they know everything about poultry to try a small red turkey from the Ardennes.
