Marie-Laure and Aymeric Fezelot took over this establishment in 2019 to offer a menu that changes every six weeks, revisiting traditional dishes with a mix of sweet and savory. Here are just a few examples: Rossini tuna baron, mango and asparagus sauce; scallop panna cotta, tomato and Espelette pepper; smoked salmon and citrus platter...
