Marie-Laure and Aymeric Fezelot took over this establishment in 2019 to offer a menu that changes every six weeks, revisiting traditional dishes with a mix of sweet and savory. Here are just a few examples: Rossini tuna baron, mango and asparagus sauce; scallop panna cotta, tomato and Espelette pepper; smoked salmon and citrus platter... For those with a sweet tooth, Saint-Honoré revisited with salted butter caramel or pavlova with fruit of the moment and tonka cream. The team will be happy to help you choose the right wine!

Cliente régulière j'ai été un peu déçue aujourd'hui. Les frites semblaient être des frites surgelées. La cuisson du steak du burger demandé à point était trop cuite.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos plats et plus particulièrement les entrées et le plat principal. Le foie gras est très original par sa saveur et sa consistance. Bonne cuisson de la bonite et du porcelet. Très bonne soirée
