This monument built at the end of the th century adopts a Romanesque style. The steeple in chapente is central, short, in slate, fenêtres windows of billets and stars bear witness to this. Once, there was a fountain dedicated to Saint Lucien, the patron of Sarron, who spawned many sick pilgrimages. The pilgrims came on 16 October to "enchaîner the fever", they trempaient a red thread that they then beat to a bush. The fountain next to the church no longer exists, a calvary took its place.
