We do not hesitate to travel for miles to enjoy the cuisine of the renowned chef Ludovic Colpart. The dishes are refined with some selections of local productions. As soon as the menu opens, you'll have a mouth-watering experience with lobster and foie gras ravioli, smoked eel and Jerusalem artichoke foie gras, veal cooked at low temperature, European lobster cooked in semi-salted butter and the chef's succulent lemon pie. The setting is at the level of the plate, with a beautiful decoration and above all a delicious terrace bordered by a small pool.

Tout était excellent aussi bien au niveau du repas, de la salle magnifique, du lieu très calme, un petit écran de verdure dans le restaurant, bon les serveuses légèrement trop sérieuses manquaient de sourire mais le serveur était sympathique. C'était une belle expérience et une jolie découverte de cette ville.

Excellente adresse. Nous n'avons jamais mangé dans un restaurant aussi bon. La cuisine est exceptionnelle et recherchée. C'est une explosion de saveur et de bonheur à chaque assiette.
Nous y retournerons volontiers.
Le service est impeccable et la dame très sympathique, aux petits soins de ses convives.
Sans oublier le cadre et la décoration qui vaut un 20/20.
