Restaurant offering a tasty local cuisine with seasonal products.
Martial Ibert is at the head of this inn favorably known by the gourmets of the sector and held for nearly 50 years by Claude Rouillard and his wife. One eats a tasty local cuisine: crispy bray picard with flax seeds (a cheese made a few kilometers away), marbled rabbit with herbs... The new owner has put his stamp on the place by using primarily organic vegetables and fruits and seasonal products. We also love his homemade desserts like the Paris-Brest or the chocolate soufflé.

The quality of food is SO GOOD and the attention the chef puts into the details of the plates is really high level.
There are differents menu or you can choose single plates.
The one we got (all plates in the pictures) costs 28€ and includes the dessert.
The service could improve but I appreciated the explanation of each plate while they were serving it.
Great wines.
The location is simple and rustic with a nice chimney.
Merci au chef et à toute son équipe, pour ce bon moment culinaire.
Cuisine soignée, inventive. Pleins de saveurs en bouche.
Un service présent, discret et efficace.
Juste Parfait.
