LE CAVEAU DE VALENTIN
An original setting for this wine bar, vaulted cellars of the th century, barrels as a table, wine lockers with medieval grids where between sixty-four different appellations, to be tasted on site or to take. All the wine-growing regions are there: from Muscat from Beaumes-de-Venice to vineyard Grand Cru passing through the Canoeing. To accompany your wine, the Cellar offers several choices of gourmet plates, around the cochonnaille with the pavé pepper or ham, local cheeses and chaource, the Bosco plate, the smoked salmon, the smoked bowl, or the Bayard where duck is in honour. ? or big hunger? The small and the great feast (base of 3 or 4 sausages and cheese) are there to satisfy you. Every Saturday evenings, musicians and local groups invite themselves to the Cellar, all styles, blues, country, groove… Better book!
