3 km from Vauciennes, on the borders of the Oise and Aisne rivers, you will find castle life in a clearing in the forest of Retz. Two bedrooms have been fitted out in this late medieval manor house whose style already heralds the Renaissance. A charming building with its tower where stones and bricks are set in a checkerboard pattern. Diane and Paul-Etienne Lehec are also working to create gardens "in the spirit of the Renaissance" in an enclosure of 2 hectares, which are constantly being expanded.
