This address is one of the great surprises of the year. The arrival of Séverin Séverin is not foreign and discovering this chef with insolent talent is already an excellent reason to take place in the Pot of La Cueillette. Here you will find only the cost, the good, or even the exceptional… and if you have a doubt, look at the fields that are neighbours: This is where every evening the cook will do its market! Vegetable and fruit level, quality is undeniable and for meat, the principle is the same, only local producers and farmers provide the place. This would not be enough without the know-how of Mirage and its approach to gastronomy, based on traditional recipes and a taste for what happens from the ordinary. Inventive, it is certainly, it is fun and eaten, menus change every day after picking, market, seasons, no card but nuggets such as the can in rhubarb, a range of tomatoes of different colors and des of mozzarella, white chocolate foam, fruit crumbles and coconut espouma. From beautiful cuisine at an affordable rate: a reference!

Point de restauration pratique pour faire une pause pendant la récolte.
J'aurais juste apprécié un échange plus convivial lors de notre départ. Nous sommes venus en fin d'après midi pour éviter les heures trop chaudes et nous nous sommes donc rendus à la caisse à 10mn de la fermeture. Je suppose que c était lié à la fin de journée mais c'était hyper froid. Il manquait le smile qu' on attend un peu plus dans ce cadre. Mais ce n'est qu'une petite ombre au tableau.
Le monsieur qui nous avait accueilli et que nous avions déjà vu lors d'une activité était très aimable et nous retenterons l'expérience car nous adhérons depuis des années à ce mode de conso.
