This address is one of the great surprises of the year. The arrival of Séverin Séverin is not foreign and discovering this chef with insolent talent is already an excellent reason to take place in the Pot of La Cueillette. Here you will find only the cost, the good, or even the exceptional… and if you have a doubt, look at the fields that are neighbours: This is where every evening the cook will do its market! Vegetable and fruit level, quality is undeniable and for meat, the principle is the same, only local producers and farmers provide the place. This would not be enough without the know-how of Mirage and its approach to gastronomy, based on traditional recipes and a taste for what happens from the ordinary. Inventive, it is certainly, it is fun and eaten, menus change every day after picking, market, seasons, no card but nuggets such as the can in rhubarb, a range of tomatoes of different colors and des of mozzarella, white chocolate foam, fruit crumbles and coconut espouma. From beautiful cuisine at an affordable rate: a reference!

C'est un jeune Chef, Luca, qui pratique une cuisine tout en fraîcheur avec les produits de la cueillette de l'Aragnon + des produits issus de l'agriculture locale (viande et poisson (ex: truite de Pedehourate)...). C'est très savoureux, de saison et original. C'est un menu unique (entrée plat dessert à 16 euros), nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois depuis février et il me tarde cet été pour goûter les créations à bases de tomates, poivrons et autres légumes du soleil.
