A public institution created in 1974, financed mainly by the Conseil départemental de la Somme, the Syndicat Mixte's mission is to develop the territory of the Bay of the Somme, the Picardy coastline and its hinterland, through the management and development of the areas (built and natural) and the enhancement of all their potentialities in the 18 communes within its perimeter. A quarterly magazine provides all this information.
