Shushi Doré is a Japanese restaurant located in Amiens. On the spot, on delivery or to take away, it proposes dishes elaborated with a lot of attention and very good quality ingredients. The choice of sushis, sashimis, makis and other temakis is large, and goes from the most classic to the most inventive. Among its specialties, you can choose for example the california crispy salmon (seaweed leaf, snacked gouda cheese, fried onions, chives, mayonnaise, snacked salmon and avocado) or the california chicken salsa (seaweed leaf, salsa sauce, cucumber, chicken, fried onions). This establishment also proposes grilled meats such as the pink maki tataki avocado, salmon tataki, or tuna, salads, yakitoris, poke bowls, miso soup, rice and sweet delicacies... A nice address to make your taste buds travel!
