Restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine in Amiens
What a pleasure to taste traditional Vietnamese cuisine! The tastes, the flavours, the spices are at the rendezvous and perfectly dosed. Here, we taste typical dishes like Banh-Mi: a Vietnamese baguette in which we add cucumber, carrots, Vietnamese mortadella (of course!) and coriander. You can also taste Bun Thit: a salad of rice vermicelli with raw vegetables, cucumber and peanuts. Finally the Bo Bun (cold or hot) is similar to the Bun Thit with the addition of egg rolls. The garnish of these three dishes is then chosen: lacquered pork, satay chicken or tofu. Without forgetting the sauce. A real delight!
