The cuisine at Les Marronniers is a celebration of French gastronomic tradition, with timeless classics as a cure for nostalgia. For example, the "oeufs cocotte", the frog legs or the plate of semi-cooked foie gras. A detour to the sea, with grilled octopus, linguine with salmon, or scallop risotto with citrus fruits.
