The Oz'ange team welcomes you to a completely refurbished setting. Still located at the foot of the cathedral, if you choose a seat on the terrace, you'll even have a view of the portal of the Golden Virgin. That's all it takes to get your meal off to a great start! The establishment is also demanding in its cuisine and works with noble products. The menu features a wide variety of fish dishes, such as salmon pavé en retour des hortillons; monkfish à l'armoricaine; and pan-fried saithe, semolina and zucchini. The menus are generous and offer something for every taste. For meat lovers, Charolais beef tartar, pork chop or duck breast with honey are on the menu. Don't hesitate to come and discover or rediscover this establishment, in a bright and chic atmosphere, with references to the cathedral in the decor. La salade fraîche "fraîcheur" avec du melon pourri (la peau moisie du melon reposait sur ma salade :-)) ainsi que du saumon inmangeable (et pourtant je ne suis pas difficile).
