Lorsque l'on se trompe sur une sauce la moindre des choses est de remplacer le sandwich complet et non remplacer uniquement la sauce des frites, surtout quand se rend compte de son erreur en demandant 2 fois au client la sauce souhaité , resultat repas non consommé .
