A bit gastronomic, a bit bistronomic, Le Vivier offers a variety of formulas for tasting local specialties in a chic setting at very reasonable prices. With chef Marc-Etienne Mont at the helm, the cuisine here is generous and always inventive, like the heart of veal sweetbreads and langoustines with morel mushrooms, not forgetting the bouillabaisse-style marmite royale de la mer and an impressive selection of seafood. All to be enjoyed in a warm, bright setting. In summer, enjoy the terrace!
