This little restaurant has all the makings of a big one! The chef proposes the idea of "committed gastronomy". Here, everything is fresh, seasonal, organic and local. Vegetables come from the hortillonnages, Ch'biogarden and Jardins du Marais, and meats mainly from Picardy. Even the wines are carefully selected with respect for manual labor. Each product is thought through and brought to the fore through intelligent, subtle work. Even if the quantities are not the most generous, the value for money of the lunch menus is very competitive. The decor of the dining room is sober but elegant. The open kitchen allows you to get up close and personal with the chef. An address to remember!

La cuisine est créative, généreuse et toujours aussi surprenante. Mon chéri me l'a fait découvrir pour mes 25 ans, je n'attendrais pas les 26 pour y retourner !
