The Martelle House is a real institution in Amiens. Since 1957, the independent bookstore has been a haven for all book lovers. The building is two storeys high. Let's start in the basement with the school and stationery area as well as games and toys. If you are looking for a board game, you are in the perfect place. Sellers are great advisors. Then let's move on to the ground floor, the panacea for book lovers. There are several tens of thousands of titles in all styles, and on all subjects: French literature, foreign literature, poetry, tourism, fine arts, politics, cuisine, etc. And finally, let's end the visit with the first floor: the world of fine arts, with easels, drawing sheets and other tubes of paint, framing and creative leisure. Finally, the bookshop regularly offers reading moments for children, meetings and dedications with the authors of the moment. Announcements are to be followed on the Facebook page.

Even after the opening of Fnac, rest a reference for Amiens Hammers. Some amenities offered are not nowhere else (I think including space for the youngest). Who more, this shop has diversify and offers, for example, the widest choice in games tea Amiens (with my congratulations with the seller which is a " well sciences" in this area).
