L'air de rien, the Amiens post and telecommunications sports association pétanque section is the first pétanque club in the Hauts-de-France in terms of number of members: 300. It was founded in 1964 and is now run by Daniel Tonnelier. The strength of the association probably lies in the fact that it manages to combine competition - it has a French champion Tête à Tête and organises the National de Pétanque every year -, training, with its pétanque school, and leisure activities, including the organisation of meetings between veterans. Its facilities are also great assets: a heated boulodrome, outdoor courts and a club house.
