DECOUVERTE DU PATRIMOINE D’AMIENS A VELO
Don't have your own bike? Then start by borrowing a Vélam from one of the many kiosks dotted around the city! In just a few pedal strokes, this itinerary will take you to Amiens' key sites and monuments. The Hôtel de Ville is an ideal starting point. Once in the saddle, head for the belfry, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005. Continue on to Place Aristide-Briand, where the statue of Lafleur, hero of Chés Cabotans d'Amiens - the Picardy puppets, proudly stands. Then head for the Tour Perret via the Saint-Leu district. Feeling a little thirsty? Head for the Place Gambetta for a drink on a terrace (weather permitting) and then on to Notre-Dame d'Amiens cathedral, the Palais de Justice, the Hôtel Bouctot-Vagniez, the Jules Verne house and circus, and finally the Musée de Picardie.
