In the past, the Faculty of Arts was located in the heart of the city centre, in the Logis du Roy, a historic building built in 1565. Needless to say, the setting was ideal. The art students therefore found it difficult to accept the move of the faculty in 2003, to the area of the former Amiens dye works. On this site, modern, functional, but more impersonal, we also find the Ecole Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD). This rapprochement has been thought out with the aim of offering common courses or equivalences between modules. The faculty trains students in the many artistic fields: acting, directing, photography, stage management, etc.
