The Louis-Aragon library is the city's main library. Inaugurated in the 19th century, it is one of the oldest in France. You'll find just about anything you're looking for, from novels to encyclopedias, dictionaries to magazines. The library also has an Image et Son area, where film buffs can watch movies free of charge, audio terminals for listening to the CD collections on offer, and wifi access. The icing on the cake: for residents of Amiens Métropole, registration is entirely free.

The library is cold and quiet. According to the people at the reception or the loan books, it is not always very friendly…
I don't find myself anymore since the new storage in the rays, I have difficulty to find your books that interest me.
