Originally, this very beautiful mansion built by Louis Duthoit in 1911 was intended for the spouses Marie-Louise Vagniez and André Bouctot, both from wealthy families. The façades of this small castle bear decorative motifs borrowed from Art Nouveau. Classified as a Historic Monument since 1994, it was the headquarters of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, but it has been under construction since May 2019 to become a high-end hotel complex with 22 rooms.
