To be admitted to Stéphane Wiotte's tempting showcase, you have to be a member of the meat aristocracy: beef exclusively from Aubrac, veal raised under the mother's milk, suckling lamb from the Pyrenees, pork fed on chestnuts and potatoes, poultry from Bresse. So, on the other side of the shop window, it's busy! Stéphane Wiotte is a warm and friendly shopkeeper, and that's genetic. He also provides a catering service for lunches and receptions, enough to delight your guests. An address where you can shop with your eyes closed!

Et l'hygiène ???
Si on ne conteste pas la grande qualité de la viande, par contre, on peut déplorer le manque d'hygiène. Pianoter sur son portable entre chaque client ou en leur présence, manipuler l'argent et les CB et retourner ensuite découper la viande sans se laver les mains ??? On dira que la viande est cuite et les bactéries détruites mais pour la charcuterie, les plats préparés, les feuilletés (par exemple) pris à pleine mains ???
