JULIEN PLANCHON
This master ripener, now well known to the people of Amiens, selects small French producers whose cheeses he matures in his cellars. A Picardy man and lover of his region, Julien Planchon is keen to perpetuate the values that drive him: a taste for the good, the beautiful, with respect for animals and farmers. Not one of the cheeses on display has not been selected by him. You will only be entitled to exceptional cheeses! The team around him is professional, friendly and always full of good advice if you are lost in the wide choice. It is also possible to order trays to create a sensation with your loved ones!

These days (Thursday, February 4), I do my races with the Belfry, by fault and because M. Planchon has the monopoly on the covered market, I return at his place to buy 3 cheeses: camembert whose expiration date is 5 days when I say to want a not made cheese, a Basque little flavoured and very dry at € 30 kg (!!!), and a ste Moor, decent. Poor value for money and once again, listening guest of the same level!! To avoid.
