This vast freshwater pond is surrounded by trails where two hundred species of birds nest. The 250 hectares are a true paradise for swans, coots, gravelots, teal, herons and harrier. This natural reserve complements the Marquenterre park. There was a great silence, a feeling of absence, disturbed by wind gusts and the cries of the birds, which float with marshy, douces, and saline odors.
