Étienne d 'Hautefeuille took over the reins of the ten generation family farm with the mind of valuing the cereal produced on the spot and making one day his own whiskey. He asked Gaël Mordac, a winery in Amiens, to organize a distribution circuit. The first barch of whiskey will be bottled at the end of 2018, but you can already book your bottle boxes! You can also find the aromatic riches of Picardie's flora in the gins of the High Leaves (willow or sore flower). The guided tour will allow you to see the various stages of manufacturing (malting, brewing, distillation, aging and bottling) before going to tasting.
