In a place as dynamic and lively as the Mi[X], a true multi-cultural centre with, among other things, an art gallery, a cinema and a cyber-base, there had to be a greedy and convivial spot where you could quench your thirst, eat or simply take a break. Bistrot M is this one and it fits perfectly into the modern spirit of the innovative site. At the helm are well-known bosses in Béarn who run no less than 5 flagship establishments, mainly in Pau and Orthez. The Bistrot is in the pure spirit of a contemporary brasserie with a designer decor and a beautiful space, perfect for intimate meals such as large family dinners! A traditional cuisine, rather refined, with seasonal and as much as possible local products, is proposed and you will discover (or rediscover) the famous concept of the musette, a specific house and patented please!
