The Taverne de Saint-Jacques is a snack bar, a brasserie and a café all in one. It plays with this diversity in a particularly pleasant setting, between the ramparts of the historic city. The decoration multiplies the references to the pilgrims' route to Santiago and their famous shells. Delicious traditional cuisine. Those who are in a hurry can be satisfied with copious mixed plates. The daily menu changes according to the mood of the owner and the seasons. Very friendly service and smiling waiters. A very good address in the fortified city.

Brochette de boeuf vraiment petite petit morceau on demande un oeuf jamais arrivé glace je demande 2 parfums un seul dans la coupe je pense que les patrons ont changé autrefois c'était sérieux maintenant on pelle le client on verra dans 3 ans.

Très bonne cuisine, grande salade du chef à 16€ est remplie par la magret de canard et dés gésiers et de plus fois gras de qualité. Le tarif du vin est très correct également (15€ pour une bouteille de Jurançon sec). A ne pas rater si vous êtes dans le coin.

On peut se garer juste devant sans problème quand on est en moto.
Je prends a chaque fois le menu de jour et c'est très bon.
Des plats simples mais a chaque fois réussis ( Axoa, lasagnes , des poissons grillés ... )
Les dames qui y travaillent sont très aimables.
Je recommande.
