L'Alchimiste takes us on a culinary journey through Japan, far from the clichés of the simple sushi seen over and over again! Fabien and Marie, who have fallen under the spell of Japanese gastronomy, give us the chance to observe many more subtleties as they explore a gourmet and refined cuisine: ramen, tempura, gyozas and more. This small restaurant draws its inspiration from a colorful manga universe for an original decor. The dishes are sure to give you a change of scenery, and the menu is sure to delight. We love l'Alchimiste's distinctive universe, the passion Fabien and Marie put into their work, and the warm welcome we receive. An address with all the right ingredients!

Des saveurs surprenantes en bouche, des produits ultrafrais, une cuisine que je ne sais pas réaliser perso, un couple aux petits soins et très pédagogue vraiment à découvrir sans modération...
Petit bémol, le lieu ...davantage street food mêle si on sent la volonté de japoniser. Peut-être un petit déménagement mais surtout ne changer rien à la qualité servie.
