He prepares dishes inspired by traditional cuisine but by revisiting and modernising them. You will be treated yourself with the cassoulet of scallops with leeks, duck breast with vegetables caramelised or bar in foil and dessert, with fresh fruit on verrine coulis and topped by a chocolate mousse.
