This delicatessen is also a restaurant that offers menus made with excellent quality products. The garbure béarnaise is a must, but also awaits you with pretty home-made proposals such as the savoury tart with onion confit in Jurançon with ham and cow's cheese from Béarn, or the chacouka, piperade with ham and fried eggs. We also appreciate the plate specialities of Béarn with blood sausage and andouillette béarnaise. Typical and local flavours are proposed and Joël masters them to the point of sublimation.

Un sans faute. Ravie d avoir pu réserver la dernière table disponible ce soir. Tout était excellent du foie gras à la brochette pour terminer avec une délicieuse part de gâteau Basque. Des produits locaux cuisinés avec passion. Une adresse à recommander.
