Le Trinquet is a traditional brasserie existing since 1923. The restaurant's team puts regional cuisine in the spotlight for the greatest pleasure of all! In the heart of the Oustalots district near the cathedral, the restaurant offers a menu composed of classic dishes and pretty creations such as the delicious burger: homemade bread with sesame and corn, minced steak of Blonde d'Aquitaine and Béarnaise sauce of course! A version with duck exists and if in October the pigeon enriches the proposals, the garbure and the foie gras, it is all year long. A very nice address, from the reception to the plates, in which you will feel like at home!
