Pleasant restaurant with a brasserie feel where the chef prepares regional cuisine with excellent value for money.

Close to the Notre-Dame church, this restaurant will charm you with its simplicity which finds an echo in dishes made with local products. In the kitchen, the chef likes to create a beautiful regional cuisine, both simple and efficient: duck leg confit and parsley potatoes, lamb mice, Pyrenean trout, beef entrecote... you will have the choice! The plates are generous and the little accent of the owner will make you travel! The home-made desserts are very varied. The gourmands will enjoy discovering them. Counting the excellent quality/price ratio and the very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, this address is definitely a good plan to try!

Très bonne table, fermée durant pas mal de temps. Petite, la salle est sympathique. Rien à redire sur la cuisine, sauf que nous reviendrons certainement goûter d'autres plats à la carte, afin d'apprécier toutes les qualités du chef... La formule du midi est en tous cas intéressante, avec un verre de jurançon proposé à 4.50 e.
