LA PART DES ANGES
The restaurant La part des anges is located in front of the Sainte-Marie Cathedral, in the heart of the historic district of Oloron-Sainte-Marie. The chef, Claude Dopp, proposes a local cuisine mixed with his native Lorraine. You can find on the menu garbure, Black Angus steak, lamb sweetbreads with ceps, veal axoa, piperade basquaise, chocolate fondant, ceps cracking with chocolate. The fish comes from the fish market of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the Gaves according to the arrival of the weekend. The building with its blue shutters is magnificent and has an old-fashioned beauty that we like so much. A beautiful address to make a pause in the city and to restore itself agreeably.
