ST. SEVERIN'S CHURCH
In flamboyant Gothic style, the monument was built in the 15th century, very certainly on the site of the former church. It is dedicated to Saint Séverin, Bishop of Cologne and Bordeaux. Itis characterised by its bell tower with quadrangular tower topped with a watchman's hut. Previously, its strategic location allowed to prevent the city from imminent danger. In addition to its beautifully decorated porch, the church has a very beautiful furniture from the former Abbey of Dommartin. The monument can be proud of having a collection of stained-glass windows of the 19th century as well as four paintings classified as Historical Monuments in 1959. Attributed to the Poussin school of the 17th century, they describe the life of Moses. Under the bell tower of the church, you will notice a Christ in solid oak dating back to the 14th century.
