Starred restaurant offering exceptional flavors with appetizing desserts
It is the only starred restaurant in the Somme! When you leave this restaurant, you really feel like you've had a culinary experience. The establishment offers combinations of exceptional flavours: stewed sea bass steak, multicoloured candied carrots and artichokes with barigoule or chicken supreme with Sichuan pepper, crushed pumpkin and fricassee of old vegetables.... The dessert statement is also appetizing like crispy-flavored chocolate, creamy coffee and tonka bean and vanilla ice cream. Chef Eric Boutté, through his compositions, delights our taste buds, having rubbed shoulders with the greatest names (Robuchon, Le Divellec, Lorain, etc.) and makes cabbage his emblem, just like the stuffed one "in homage to Jean Delaveyne", present on the menu for years. Contemporary decoration is also one of the restaurant's assets.
