Sons Rémi and Hugo have taken over this family institution, adding a zest of modernity and the energy of their youth to an already well-established menu. Coming from different backgrounds, the two brothers are experimenting with a fusion of modernity and tradition that makes the plates pulsate! One focuses on the savory side of the menu, the other on the sweet. What they have in common is that they both dare to do things differently! The result: we love to be surprised, and we want more!
