In winter, come and enjoy the fireplace before sampling the tasty dishes concocted by this chef who adapts his menus according to the market and the seasons, always using local produce. As a logical and well-deserved consequence, he has been awarded a Bib Gourmand and a Toque by Gault & Millau. But for all that, it remains accessible to all budgets: bravo!
