In a modern orange and grey setting, Chef Guillaume offers you tasty and inventive dishes, which change every two months. At the moment, you can enjoy the traditional Picardy string, but also the roasted salmon steak with its leek fondue or the calf with sweet Vera pepper with its rollot cream.
