Whether on the terrace, with its breathtaking panorama, or in the dining room, you'll find yourself in this "country" spirit, where the cuisine is prepared with freshness and creativity. The menu is renewed every month. Try the Arnabar foie gras half-cooked and sublimated, the Herriko veal sweetbread, the Pavlova strawberry ice cream, chantilly, fine crispy meringues, strawberries with mint; among other delights.
