Shaded terrace, with original and colourful tiles, the entrance to the establishment immediately creates a peaceful and warm atmosphere. Inside, the large room with its dark red walls retains a retro feel that the new owners are reconciling with a real modernisation of the premises: since April, the Pergola has been enjoying a new lease of life. The establishment keeps its refinement in white tablecloths and a space dedicated to wine with a beautifully sized cellar. Composed of fresh and local products, the menu includes only homemade products with several dishes that breathe tradition, but also a certain search for originality. Thus you can find foie gras, garbure in winter, veal axoa, a beautiful rib of beef and nice specialities such as fricassee de gambas with scallops. Specialities from Béarnaise but also a few touches of Basque flavours, the menu is enticing! As for desserts, crème brûlée and strawberry are exquisite, but we highlight the homemade Russian, one of the region's particularly well-made emblems. A beautiful address in Béarn!

Le point positif : l'accueil , les employés sont agréables ...
Mais le repas très décevant pour le tarif de groupe que nous avons eu : petite quantité, plat presque froid, dessert à moitié congelé... Je ne recommande pas vraiment, trop décevant .
