YOGAVIE
Sylvie has been practising Hatha Yoga for two decades, following the teachings of the Escuela Internacional de Yoga in Madrid. She is a certified member of the Yoga Alliance and the European Yoga Federation. Today, she offers classes focused on opening up the self, with the aim of rediscovering a balance of calm and well-being in this hectic life. Sessions are structured as follows: breathing exercises (10 min), stretching (10 min), static postures or more dynamic sequences (25 min) and guided relaxation (15 min). Several packages are available to enable participants to personalize their sessions and progress in this discipline.
