An excellent restaurant in all seasons where the talented chef offers a menu of freshly prepared wonders.

Elegance blossoms in a cosy, intimate style, l'Ardoise is a refined establishment. Chef Xavier Larranaga follows the seasons like an artist follows his score. The changing menu is both a pleasure and a surprise: you're never sure you'll find what you loved, but you're sure to discover a new marvel. Fresh produce, while it's still growing, is on the menu: scallops, girolles risotto with beet juice, monkfish carpaccio, hazelnut breaded apple... these exceptional dishes will surely be replaced by others. Only one thing is certain: this restaurant is one of the best you'll find, whatever the season.

Une belle découverte
Je vous recommande ce petit restaurant. L’accueil est chaleureux et la cuisine divine. Une carte courte exclusivement avec des produits frais. Des associations de saveurs novatrices et parfaites. Le chef a tout d’un très grand. Le rapport qualité prix est à souligner.

Heureux hasard de réservation, accueil chaleureux. Dans les assiettes symphonie de saveurs et de couleurs, beaucoup de créativité. Si vous êtes amateur de cuisine gastronomique créative et goûteuse, nous vous conseillons de réserver sans attendre.

J'ai découvert ce petit restaurant y'a peu de temp ! Dans une rue calme , on a mangé en terrasse , un super menu 20 € entrée , plat et dessert ! Une présentation gourmande, sans chi-chi, service simple et efficace. La décoration est moderne à l'interieur avec des énormes tableaux en ardoise.
