Canadian restaurant with terrace, located in Pau, offering traditional and hearty recipes at reasonable prices.

We already knew that this Canadian restaurant is the best poutinerie in Béarn. But now it's making an impact on the international scene, winning the prize for the best poutine in the world (excluding Canada) at Poutine Week 2023 and placing3rd on the podium at the 2024 competition! Poutine is served in the dining room or on the terrace, just a stone's throw from the château on rue Henri IV. To the traditional recipe of home-fried potatoes and cheese curds topped with brown sauce, you can add many extras: maple bacon, fried onions or sugar shack-style fried egg. The price is right, and the portions are hearty enough to make lumberjacks salivate!

Des personne simple et très sympa de bon conseil un restaurant magnifique on si croyez il on gagné le prix de meilleur poutine du monde hors Québec et c'est très largement mérité des que l'on reviens on i retourne direct merci encore pour se bon moment
