The owner will be delighted to share his traditions with you. His recipes for "Arroz con pollo" (spicy rice with chicken), plantain pancakes and manioc with garlic are delicious. And there's a wide choice of drinks. It's almost as if the "Route des Rhums" made a stop here! Please be patient, as the owner is alone in the kitchen and the dining room.
