O BETO
Recently opened brasserie offering Portuguese specialities such as pastéis and transalpine dishes such as risotto
Brasserie O Beto recently opened its doors on Place Verdun in Pau. Here you'll find Portuguese specialties such as pasteis, chouriça and francesinha. The Italian-born chef also offers transalpine dishes such as risotto, bruschetta and gnocchi. The meat, mainly Charolais, is French. All dishes, including Portuguese cassoulet and cod au gratin, are homemade. Every day, the pleasures vary, and gourmets will delight in typical desserts such as pasteis de nata. Come and discover the flavours that will take you on a journey! You'll receive a warm welcome from Alberto, who's always smiling and cheerful.
