A new restaurant in Pau devoted entirely to Turkish cuisine. Here we explore wood-grilled meat specialties: brochettes, koefte, adana... in an open kitchen where you can smell the fragrance of the grilled meats and admire the professionalism of the cooks. We particularly appreciate the care taken in selecting quality meats and cooking them. For starters, you can opt for a plate of mezzes including kisir (Turkish tabbouleh), the famous cacik (Greek cucumber yoghurt), muhammara and many other dishes. We fell in love with ayran, the Turkish drink that goes perfectly with this gastronomy. Very warm welcome, generous plates. A fine address.
