Les frites sont particulièrement bonnes, calibre moyen, cuites en 2 bains pour une cuisson à coeur. Elles ne sont pas croustillantes car les variétés utilisées ne sont pas prévue pour mais ça ne les empêches pas d'êtres délicieuses.
